Graeme Jack

Graeme Jack (BA ’89, history and political science) most recently served as a managing director at Monroe Capital, specializing in distressed debt workout and restructuring. Jack has over 20 years of experience in investment banking, commercial banking, and troubled deal restructuring. Prior to Monroe, he was a team leader in the Special Assets Division of First Midwest Bank, responsible for managing and restructuring challenged commercial debt transactions. Jack spent over a decade at Fifth Third Bank in business generation and special assets assignments. He also served as the head of commercial banking at Busey Bank in Champaign, Illinois. Jack earned his BA in history and political science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his MBA degree at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is a veteran, having served as an infantryman in the Illinois Army National Guard during his studies at the University of Illinois and also served on active duty as a logistics officer in the United States Marine Corps.
