Overview
The College of LAS offers a New Faculty Teaching Program to its 1st and 2nd year faculty, aiming to benefit faculty, units, and the College of LAS in a number of ways:
- Improve the onboarding experience for new faculty teaching
- Improve students' classroom experiences by new faculty

Sessions are led by the Dean's Fellow (Cassandra), 4 LAS Educational Excellence Mentors (experienced LAS faculty members), and guest speakers.
