Departmental Incivility or Harassment examines experiences of mistreatment across the College of LAS. The first visualization summarizes responses to incivility, harassment, and microaggressions tied to racial, ethnic, international, or religious identity; gender or sexual orientation; disability; or economic status. The second visualization provides check-all-that-apply responses identifying sources of mistreatment, as well as how individuals reacted and how their reports were handled.
Users can further explore patterns by applying demographic filters such as gender, race, international status, LGBTQ+ identity, and disability.
