The Departmental Overall Climate Index provides a high-level view of how welcoming, supportive, and inclusive people feel across the College of LAS. 

Users can view the data as boxplots or tables and can further refine the results using demographic filters, including gender, race, international status, LGBTQ+ identity, and disability.
