Then, select your graduation year from the dropdown menu. Once you see your name, click on the link to view your photos. If you need additional help to locate your photos, call GradImages’ customer service department at (800) 261-2576 or email giservice@gradimages.net

Your diploma

Diploma names are displayed on diplomas and are used in the Commencement program, lists of graduates, and Commencement related press releases. Examples of diploma names include: using a middle name instead of a first name; using an abbreviated name (Tom instead of Thomas); using an Americanized name (Wendy instead of Haiyan); or using a name that better reflects one’s ethnic, racial or gender identity.

If you’d like to create a diploma name, please email the Office of the Registrar (include UIN). Please be advised that in some situations, the name appearing on your diploma may need to match other legal documents you possess.

Because it is not possible to process grades and prepare degree lists by the day of the convocation, the Office of the Registrar will mail diplomas to graduates approximately 9 weeks after the conferral date.

For more information or to update your diploma mailing address, please visit the Office of the Registrar’s graduation webpage.
