Qualification for registration, certification, or licensure in a profession

The university retains the exclusive right to judge academic proficiency and to use this judgment to decline awarding any degree, certificate, or other evidence of successful completion of a program, curriculum, or course of instruction. Although some academic programs described here are designed to qualify students for registration, certification, or licensure in a profession, successful completion of any such program in no way assures registration, certification, or licensure by an agency outside the University of Illinois.
